Coach Development | Queensbury FC | 6.30pm - 9.00 pm | 10th November

Location: Queensbury FC | In person event Time 18.30-21.00, doors open at 18.15 Topic Core Skills for scoring goals This event is a great chance to speak to coaches and volunteers from across the county, both new and experienced. We look forward to bringing coaches from the local area and beyond as part of our Coach Development offer. Whether you are looking to gain hours towards your UEFA C or B diplomas or investing time in developing your coaching skills get signed up to make the most of this opportunity. The session will be split into a theory presentation and practical demonstrations for you to take back into your session. The practical demonstrations will be on the indoor astroturf with a group of grassroots players. The deliverer will show how to adapt these drills for different age groups depending on who you coach. We also recommend you bring a pen and paper to take notes with.

Female Coach Development Group | Core moves in football & The 6 Capabilities | 22nd October | 19.00 - 21.00

Love and Learn the Game Date: Wednesday 22nd October Location: Powerleague Bradford, Gallagher Leisure Park, Dick Lane, BD3 7AT | In person event Time: 19.00-21.00, welcome from 18.45 Focus: Core moves in football & The 6 Capabilities | Demonstration with female players All female coaches and assistant coaches welcome! We will be exploring Core Moves in football, what they are and how to use the practice spectrum in your sessions to improve and develop the 6 capabilities of a skilful player on the pitch. Whether you are just starting out on your journey or pushing up the coaching ladder our talented coach developers will challenge you appropriately. It's a great environment to freshen up your skills and to network with like minded women, both new and experienced, who want to improve the sessions they are putting on for their players We look forward to bringing coaches from the local area together as part of our Coach Development offer. Whether you are looking to gain hours towards your UEFA C or B diplomas or investing time in developing your coaching skills get signed up to make the most of this opportunity. Volunteer Recruitment Workshop | 15th October 2025 | 18.30 - 20.30 | West Riding FA

We are looking for 20 clubs, who are looking to engage new volunteers, to be part of our Volunteer Recruitment Programme. The programme is designed to increase engagement into the variety of roles within the football club from pitch maintenance to café assistant, car park attendant to secretary and anything in between. As part of the programme, representatives from your club are invited to attend the following workshop. Volunteer Recruitment Workshop | 15th October 2025 | 18.30 - 20.30 | West Riding FA, LS26 8NX Date :15th October 2025 Location: West Riding FA, Fleet Lane, LS26 8NX | In person event Time: 18.30 – 20.30 We will explore ways to: - • engage your current membership into volunteer roles • reach out to your local community to enrich your volunteer workforce • support current volunteers to make the most of those who are already volunteering We have some great resources from The FA to share with you that will help you take the ideas from the workshop and implement them in your clubs. As a follow up to the workshop there will also be the opportunity for help in delivering an in-house volunteer recruitment event.
