Unlike standard group sessions, our GK program is capped at very small numbers, ensuring every keeper gets hands-on attention, detailed corrections, and plenty of meaningful repetitions. Across each session, keepers work through technical, tactical, and physical components tailored specifically to the modern goalkeeper role: What We Focus On Shot-stopping & positioning Improve reaction time, footwork patterns, and angles to handle 1v1s and close-range strikes with confidence. Handling & catching technique High balls, low saves, diving technique, collapse saves, and safe handling under pressure. Distribution mastery Short passing, long-range kicking, drop-kicks, roll-outs, back-pass management — everything needed to start attacks. Footwork, agility & movement Keeper-specific speed work to stay balanced, explosive, and ready to react. Decision-making When to come, when to hold, communication, and understanding game moments. GKR-specific scenarios Dealing with crosses, rebounds, recovery movements, shot recovery, 1v1 blocks and spreads.

Held on synthetic turf, this high-intensity, high-touch program is designed for players who are already confident with the ball and looking to refine their technique, improve game intelligence, and train in a competitive setting. 📍 Location: Football HUB – Umina Tennis Centre (Synthetic Turf) 📅 Dates: Mondays | Nov 10th – December 8th 💰 Price: From $25 per session 👟 Footwear: Football boots or futsal shoes permitted (no metal studs) Program Schedule: 4:00pm – U7 to U9 Players (Players born 2018, 2017, 2016) A high-energy session focused on ball mastery, 1v1s, combination play, and developing tactical understanding in small-sided games. 5:00pm – U9 to U12 Players (Players born 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013) A more advanced session targeting sharp technical execution, quick decision-making, and structured game-play scenarios for players ready to step up. Sessions are fast-paced, competitive, and tailored to each group’s level to ensure all players are supported, challenged, and continuously improving.
