Eligibility: -Must be in good standing with the club, team, and coach (financially and in character). -The application must be fully completed with all required documents. -Responsible for deposit, uniform, extra tournament fees, and non-tuition expenses. How to Apply: To complete your application, we kindly ask that you provide a copy of the most recent tax return for each working parent if you file separately, or one return if you file jointly. This documentation helps us ensure that we are accurately assessing eligibility and allocating awards to families who qualify for financial assistance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for submitting your need-based scholarship application.
