Eligibility: -Must be in good standing with the club, team, and coach (financially and in character). -The application must be fully completed with all required documents. -Responsible for deposit, uniform, extra tournament fees, and non-tuition expenses. How to Apply: Complete the online application. Wait for a review notification in which they will ask you to submit your JOINT W2 or SINGLE INCOME W2 for income verification.
