This membership includes: – Access to S.A.S.S high-performance training programs – Weekly training sessions focused on fundamentals, movement, skills, confidence, and mindset – A structured and supportive training environment led by experienced coaches Silver memberships run on a weekly recurring subscription with a minimum 1-month lock-in.
