Welcome to the Loreto Rugby 7s Development Program delivered in partnership with High Performance S.A.S.S Academy. This program has been designed to support the growth and development of Loreto rugby athletes through a structured rugby sevens environment focused on: • Speed & agility • Rugby 7s skill development • Catch-pass under pressure • Game understanding & decision making • Confidence & team connection • Evasion and attacking space • Contact confidence and defensive tracking The program will support athlete preparation toward the Moreton Bay Emerging Secondary Schools Q7 Competition and future rugby opportunities. Program Overview: 📍 Easts Rugby Union Club ⏱ Monday Afternoon Sessions ⏱ 3:30PM – 5:00PM 📅 5-Week Development Program Eligible Age Groups: • U12 • U14 • U16 Please complete all registration details carefully below.
