Volunteers

Volunteer coaching roles necessitate the capacity to serve as a parental advocate and collaborate with players within Rush Soccer’s recreational division. These positions are overseen by the Youth Player Development coordinator, focusing on age groups ranging from U-6 to U-10, particularly with 5v5 and 7v7 teams. While prior experience or coaching education is appreciated, it is not mandatory. We welcome volunteers with varying levels of experience, including those with little to no background in coaching. For all our recreational coaching staff, we offer a comprehensive curriculum and access to coaching resources upon request, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
