Conditioning Program is here! 💪⚽️ Dear BARÇA Academy families, We are thrilled to announce the restart of our Conditioning Program for the 2024/25 season. As you know, this program focuses on developing our players' physical conditioning and coordination. The program is only accessible to players between the U12 and U19 stages, with content adapted to each different age group. Teams invited; B2007 PRO, B2008 PRO, B2009 BLAU, B2010 PRO, B2010 GRANA, B2011 PRO, B2011 BLAU, B2012 PRO, B2012 NORTH BLAU, B2012 SOUTH BLAU, B2012 SOUTH GRANA, B2013 GAVI, B2013 ARAUJO & B2013 FERRAN TORRES. Total sessions; 20 (45 minutes each) Investment; $242 (can be paid in two installments) This program will be lead by Roy Shohat, B.S. in Exercise Physiology, along with the Barça Academy Pro Miami staff.
